All products sold at Hey Little Print are digital downloads — no physical items are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

However, we're happy to help if:

• Your file did not download correctly
• The file is corrupted or damaged
• You received the wrong file

In any of these cases, please contact us at info@heylittleprint.com and we'll resolve the issue promptly.

No returns or exchanges are accepted for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or if the product did not meet personal expectations.
